This firm is absolutely TERRIBLE, and CANNOT be Trusted. They took on my case for an entire year only to drop it because they couldn't get me ANY settlement for my case. They told me in the beginning that they would go into litigation for me if it came down to that, but that was a complete LIE. They refused to go into litigation for me like they said they would, and just dropped my case like it was nothing. They put me in a VERY BAD situation because of their dishonesty and incompetence. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB which is still ongoing (and they Continue to LIE with the BBB), and I will soon be filing a complaint with the BAR Association, along with a suit against their firm, once my original case reaches an outcome.

If you want to see the ridiculousettlement offer, these crooked attorneys sent to me to try and sign knowing that I'm blind, go to my page on TikTok. Xxx65 You will also hear and see video conversations with this attorney. Trying to bribe me, try try to force me to sign a settlement agreement under duress and refuses. To listen to me knowing that I signed the word duress and not my signature. They are crooked lie to me told me that my case was a 6 figure case only to sit and do nothing no treatment nothing. Even the people they work with the lean holders are crooked with them. The new weasel attorney working on my case. Who refuses to give me? My case number tells me that all these things that I was promised in the beginning of the case is the past, and since he wasn't on the case then it doesn't matter because it's the past you will see that on the video. I was warned by another law firm and I did not take that advice.These people are no good if you happen to get lucky and they do good on your case.Maybe it's because you're not a certain nationality.And maybe it's because you're not vulnerable and blind like myself

I am reporting this law firm! I should have went by my FIRST instinct by reading the reviews! Please read the REVIEWS they are definitely TRUE to form! My case happened (slip/trip) in the year 2020 ending this yr on the month of February 2024 with an ending result of me NOT receiving ANYTHING but me keep going to the doctor every week consistently due to the case manager (NOT A LAWYER) stating the MORE you visit the doctor the MORE your settlement increases!! Not the case!!The case settled out of LEES than 80 grand but my doctor bills are atleast 90 grand!! Im sooo furious!! This firm us definitely for the doctors as well as themselves WE the CLIENT are just TOKENS to make their pockets FATTER!! However I AM SEEKING to due for misrepresentation

Neglected my case once I signed the consent form. My life was ruined after choosing Farid Yagoubtil as my personal injury lawyer. Be careful about this lawyer. I signed up to his firm because of the good reviews. At first he pretended to care about my case. But then he started sending me to very expensive doctors who enrolled me into treatments that did not help. Once the insurance coverage reached the limit, the law firm and the doctor's office took their hands off my case. Farid then emailed me to sign the consent form without giving me a call to discuss about it. Once I signed the form, I never heard from him. I only got occasional emails from the paralegals that my case is delayed because they cannot locate the doctor's office that went out business. I had to call their office every single day to get an update on my case because the paralegals were being neglectful about my case and no one at their office cared because there was nothing I could do since I signed the waiver. I truly wish I went to a different attorney.
