1 year 3 months wait, my husband completed PT last December and all he received after all fees deducted was a whopping $1300. In the mean time mine keeps getting pushed back every two weeks. Im sure that deducts my current perception of this firm. This among a plethora of issues with switching of case workers and attorneys that come and go.
Update: Mr. Banafshe and his team personally took over our case and handled every detail. We have since received a much larger settlement thanks to their diligence in revising our case. Thank you for assisting us with this matter and turning things around for us in a much positive way.

Frustrated with being ignored and lied to by the other guys insurance company, I reached out to Banafshe. On october 14 of 2022, i experienced my first car accident in which i was rear ended. Ended up with back/shoulder pain, didint know steps to take since this was the first time happening.
