Came in later than expected to setup but the quality of the their work was amazing. Ms. Sandy and her family were quick, efficient and straight to the point. Loved it

If I can give a 0 star rate I would. My sister had her baptism on April 17, 2021 and they requested photos of her from a baby to now and those photos were sent to them in early May of 2021. They said their work would be done in 3-4 months and we are yet to receive it. We called them to ask for an update and Jorge told my mom he doesnt have the photos of my sister from a baby to now so thats why he hasnt worked on anything and we have proof of the photos being sent. Jorge said he would have the work done in 2 weeks. A few weeks went by and my mom called the business several times and no answer. She called Jorge and he said he is in Mexico but the photos are ready and said he will send her some which he never did. (Keep in mind on the day we signed the contract with the wife and Jorge, he gave his number to my mom to call for any questions etc.) I believe the next day after my mom spoke with Jorge. His wife called my mom and told her the video is not ready because Jorge is in Mexico looking for material or whatever and she also said Jorge told me you called him so dont call him anymore. My mom called him because obviously no one answers at the business and he even said himself we can call him and the wife was there when he said that so ?? Anyways Today October 10 we were suppose to get the video but just a few minutes ago the wife called my mom to tell her the video will not be ready until the following Sunday but only the photos are ready. They have been dragging it for way to long now. *This isnt even the full story.* We were recommended by a family member but after what we have been through we will not recommend this business nor be back here.
