I get harrassed by a Curbstand employee every time I park in a small public lot for Mendocino Farms in Toluca Lake, where he has a booth set up. When I park in one of the public spots, he throws insults/names, threatens to steal my car, and has on one occassion followed me into the retaurant to harrass me while I was eating. It's not even a valet-needed lot, its an open public lot with ample parking spots. Is he there just to harrass customers trying to eat lunch?

My friends and I went to Biologique Recherche for a facial today and made purchases afterwards. Once we were done we drove to The Great White restaurant and gave my car to Valet around 3:15pm today to dine in. We left our purchases inside the car. At around 4:30 we left the restaurant and requested my car. They brought my car and my friend got in the back seat and we immediately noticed all my stuff was out of place. My jacket was thrown on the floor, my purchase bags were out of order. We didnt think much of it and just thought its a nice car they probably just had fun with driving it at a higher speed and maybe pressed on the breaks instantly and things got out of place. But then I got home and while unpacking my purchases I noticed my very expensive serum was not in the bag. I called my friends to ask them and also checked my car top to bottom thinking maybe it fell under a seat. Sure enough the serum that cost me $165 was missing!! Now Im not sure why these guys would need it but I am 125% sure they took it because they were the only strangers in my car. CurbStand Im expecting your employee to return my item immediately or compensate me for the cost of the item they stole! Ridiculous!!!

These people are so unprofessional and honestly disappointed that a luxury hotel like the Maybourne has them as valet. I came to the Maybourne in Beverly Hills for a massage on my birthday and used valet to park my car, which I shouldnt have. Once I got my car back I noticed my door handle was broken. I contacted their valet manager and they gave me the run around and now its been radio silence. They claim they cant cover the damage of my car because its under wear and tear which is ridiculous. My car was in great condition before it went in their possession. Unfortunate I wont be visiting the Maybourne ever again because this has been such a horrible experience on my birthday. I will go through legal action but Ive seen that they already have so many law suits pending for their horrible service!

I am never the one to write a bad review on any Business By this Has to be said. Tonight, me, and my friend went to Arden And there was the valet we Had given the car to valet prior to leaving the car, we had rolled up the windows and gave just the car keys to the man that was taking the car. We got to the valet around 6:10pm They gave us a ticket and we walked into the restaurant. We had left the restaurant around 8:15 as we went to give the ticket, the guys standing by the valet stand, all looked confused, and they started checking their pockets and the box where all the keys were and tell me and my friend it looked like they were looking for Her car keys and usually when given car keys to a valet they put it in the box and lock up the box. They dont have it in their pockets and they dont have it in their hands ever. Then they looked at us, smiled, and said sorry thats when we got concerned thinking they had lost the keys. They had brought out a silver Honda and said here you go have a good night we looked at them and said that is not her car Immediately they all started looking at each other confused on where the car keys were Later to see one of the valet guys, pulling out the car keys from their pocket and running to go get the car Once the car had arrived, both windows were fully down instantly We remembered we had put both windows up and of course it was very suspicious so as anyone would do, we had checked around the car to see if anything was taken or make sure nothing inside of the car was damaged. This is our first time, giving the car to curbside valet and it is also going to be the last.

Hi Megy, I'm so sorry to hear about your negative experience at our Arden valet service. This feedback is very helpful for us to be able to improve our service and review protocols with our staff. You are absolutely right, customer keys are to be stored in the key box along with the valet ticket immediately after a vehicle is parked so that attendants can locate them quickly. Thanks again for providing this feedback, we hope you give our service another chance in the future!
