Dr. Billings has kind bedside manner and a good listener. Staff at the front desk need to smile and make eye contact and greet patients. They tend to avoid acknowledging you when standing directly in front of them. Feels like you need to pry information or a greeting from them. Furniture in the waiting area and exam rooms need replacing. Yucky to sit on their stained chairs. Rooms are dusty and need cleaning.

When scheduling the appointment they asked all question about insurance. She told me they accept my insurance after checking my policy. When arrived had to proof all my insurance documents. Then after visit they charged me the copay according to my insurance coverage. However. After a couple of weeks I get the full bill of 309$. Called the office and they told me they dont accept any insurance. Tried to reached out directly to dr Billings to verify if she knows hows the clinic operate with bad practice and scamming patients. Been ignored twice. I do not recommend this clinic. Taking advantage of people with needs.

Worse doctor ever!!! She dont care about how you feeling or what you have to say, shes a horrible doctor after my hand surgery she pushed me to go back to work in pain!! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR..
