Had the best experience picking out my new frames with Steve. He takes his time showing you different options and has a great eye on helping you find the right pair of glasses. Everyone in the office is nice and has great customer service.

I can't say enough about this place. I received the best medical care I have experienced. The doctor went out of her way to accommodate my situation with dry eyes/issues with worsening vision and take extra steps of care while not judging me for making some poor mistakes with my previous contact use. Not only that but I ask a ridiculous amount of questions and the doctor was happy to explain anything my heart desires around how the optics of different prescriptions work and about my future with laser eye surgery. The staff is super friendly and gave me multiple options and explained how my insurance coverage worked, as well as a few tips to bring down costs. On top of this my glasses were being reframed by the lens vendor and broke in the process, the staff was able to plead my case and get me brand new frames, free of charge. Who puts in that much effort these days?! This place is not owned by a corporation, but the doctors and it shows in the care they provide. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so happy with my experience I felt it was the least I could do for this place.
