I was a patient of Dr. Kagan for a few years. He prepared me for the surgery very carefully. At the right time, the surgery was done. It was very difficult for Dr. Kagan because I am having nystagmus. Nevertheless, the result was perfect. I am seeing much better now. I see bright colors, great contrast, and I can drive a car with no limitations. Thank you very much, Dr. Kagan.

Thanks to Dr. Kagan that I can see perfectly now! The whole team did an amazing job. I was nervous but my Lasik procedure was super fast. Its really life changing because I woke up the next day and could see!! Im so happy! I wish I would have got Lasik surgery years ago. I definitely recommend everyone to Kagan Institute and Dr. Kagan.

I am so happy! I am driving the streets of my favorite city and my heart is singing: I can see clearly now...all vibrant colors of Fabulous Las Vegas and Majestic nature of this Wild West desert. I am so grateful to Doctor Kagan! He performed a miracle, he gave me my Vision back! I first met Arkady Kagan 25years ago when he performed eye surgery on my mother. He was a young and very personable doctor. I was impressed with his professionalism and tact, attention and care about patients. I could recognize he is a doctor in his heart, he loves people and its his true calling to help them. When I started to have problems with my eyes I remembered Dr. Kagan. I found his business card which I kept all these years and I was happy to find out that he is still practicing in Los Angeles. In his office I knew right away that my intuition brought me to the right place. The same pleasant, engaging, energetic and knowledgeable doctor takes time to explain how he can help you. His very professional office team helped every step, explaining, advising and coordinating the schedule to accommodate especially an out of state patient. They are always on the phone whenever you need them or have a question. And finally two months later all my problems are gone! After wearing glasses all my life I dont need them at all anymore! Dr. Kagan at the time of cataract surgery has corrected my astigmatism problem forever. If you look how our vision works, at the anatomy and complexity of the eye it is a true wonder, it takes real knowledge, expertise and magic hands to perform the surgery on the eye. And I am so grateful for Dr. Kagans hard work ! If you are reading this it means more likely you are looking for an eye doctor. Dont doubt and dont think twice to call this office . You can absolutely trust Dr. Kagan!

Pleasantly surprised that all staff were competent, pleasant, and accommodating. That is not common today. Dr. Kagan is extremely meticulous, conscientious of the patients uneasiness notwithstanding the routine normalcy from his position after decades of practice. He explains every detail. There are no surprises or gimmicks. I couldnt imagine that stopping by his office one afternoon would result in 20/20 vision after 35 years of blurry vision. I typically hope for the best and keep my expectations low, but Dr. Kagan delivered. Definitely referring all friends/family. What a gift

I have been seeing Dr. Kagan for well over 25 years and he feels like family. He's performed Lasik surgery, treated me for dry eye and most recently performed cataract surgery on both eyes. He IS state of the art, thorough,  and most important so PASSIONATE about his work. I know I am in great hands every time I see him. Thanks so much Dr. Kagan
