They're change my 9 yo so twice without notice then they're cancle his appointment again. I am done with them.

Bad experience from the beginning. Irresponsible doctors and optometrists. Even administrativestaff, nobodytakesresponsibility. . I would never recommend this eye group. . They don't care for your wellness they care for money. I got wrong prescription glasses and wasn't able to return them or fix the issue. Less than 1 star.

Update: Since this company rid themselves of the previous management and brought in someone new, service has markedly improved. There is now a caring, professional, cheerful and humorous manager who has more than made up for my previous experience. Thank you! I would fully recommend this office now. My previous review: Promised eyeglasses in a week and a half and didn't deliver. They knew I was traveling and needed the glasses and they have not delivered. Promised to return calls and didn't. Won't deal with them again. Otherwise pleasant, cheerful staff.

It's so difficult to get a hold of the Opthalmologist. I ordered my glasses a little over a month ago and they told me that they would give me a call after the glasses are ready. Unfortunately I never received a phone call so I tried reaching the office 4 times now and either the office didn't pick up the phone or when they did, the doctor was not able to answer and they told me that he would call me back but he never did. I would discourage people from ordering any type of glasses here. + I finally got my glasses 5 months later. I wish the office would just communicate better about the delay and the reason for it because I was never notified.

I had the worst experience here, they said they will have my daughter's glasses ready in 2 weeks, but it took them 8 weeks to get it ready, they don't even answer your calls or call to tell you. Customer service is zero. The person at the front office was very rude! I don't recommend this place. It's a total waste of time and energy!!
