These guys are the best. Not only do they offer a wide variety of makers and options but they are also knowledgable with regards to product. Once an order is placed Cameron and the staff will follow up with updates and then arrange all the details in having the product delivered. Not only this but if there is ever a warranty issues, they don't try to skirt the subject, they tackle it with the same professionalism and promptness as they do with sales. It says a lot about them. Trader Boys is my go to for all of my Client's office furniture needs.

Friendly, family-owned business that's been in this location for about a jillion years.  Really good quality office furniture. Not cheap, but quality never is. I've lived in LA 43 years and have purchased five office chairs for my family and me. I've always been happy with the results.

After reading a majority of those Yelp reviews praising Trader Boys, I must have caught them on an "off" day. I wanted to support a local business, and after reading on their website, that they were a "family owner" business, my decision was even stronger to support them.  I was shopping for an office chair and their website offered many options.From the moment I walked in, I felt my presence was unimportant; I was not greeted until I was closer to the employees.  Initially I was helped by the daughter of the business owner, and after I shared w/her what I was shopping for she invited her co-worker to intervene. Cameron basically showed me one office chair that had all my requirements, then proceeded back to his desk-stating "I could try other chairs if I'd like". That was the extent of the exchange I had with the employees.It must have been lunch time, for several other employees including the owner came and went, not one person said "hello", or checked in with me while I was wandering around in the warehouse.  I felt that perhaps my "meager" price point of $200-$350 was not enough of an incentive to foster my business.  I finally verbalized to the woman who helped me first off, stating "ok, who do I talk to in order to purchase this chair".I have had over 15 years of retail experience to know that part of the work is creating a relationship with my customers.  That was not my experience with this business. Not only did I feel unwelcome, but after initially entering me in their computer system, I was told that the delivery charge to bring the chair 1.67 miles, and one flight of stairs, to my house was an extra $150.I was not ready to commit to a purchase of over $500. Instead I came home and went online. It is no wonder that Amazon is so popular. I found a chair w/all my needs less than what I originally budgeted for, and it will be delivered and assembled for a nominal fee.

Cameron (Account Executive) has excellent communication. He got to us in a timely manner regarding our inquiries. I have a very busy schedule and he made it easy by making sure that he met our needs and following up. I highly recommend Trader Boys Office Furniture Company.
