        Bad customer service, there is a lady at the front desk with culy hair , she is the only one that is not using the uniform , she is completely rude , probably she was having a bad day but every single person complained about her. Please remove her.

        My experience at Concentra was surprisingly very good. This was my 2nd time coming here for a drug screening. My 1st visit wasn’t great: I came in as a walk-in which I regretted because I ended waiting for over an hour. The 2nd time I came in I was in & out within the hour & the associate who took my drug screening was very nice & professional. The ladies at the desk we’re also nice & helpful. I would recommend Concentra to anyone who would like to get a drug screening. They’re at a great location in Los Angeles & the staff is great!
