Pacific Theaters Cinerama Dome is a defunct movie theater located 6360 Sunset Blvd in Hollywood California. It was originally designed to show widescreen panarama films it opened November 7, 1963. The founder of Pacific Theatres, William R. Forman originally developed the concept of The Cinerama dome. for years it was a leading first-run theater. most recently as part of the Arclight Hollywood Complex until it closed temporarily in March 2020, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Arclight chain closed permanently in April 2021, with the theater sadly never having reopened.
