Avoid if you can. No customer service no follow up. No professionalism. Dealt with many mortgage companies in the past and this was the bottom of the league. It wasnt my choice that my loan was sold to them but I cant get hold of proper person nor proper service done. Held on to my funds over a year and did not release the funds nor generate proper stmt to notify the customer. My money was in their account but they didnt let anyone know or someone auditing. It is very unprofessional. No I would not do business with them nor recommend

Horrible communication with NMSI, I called numerous times to update the Fire Insurance, got transferred, and then the line simply disconnected. Called back multiple times over the next couple hours and no answer.
