Honestly, I never used loan broker or agent before,,, alway use trusted major bank. But Joseph Lee got better knowledge about several loan type and when he say "yes or no" absolutely trustable. My Loan was funded earlier than 2weeks what my stupid real estate agent expected. It's was really smoothly. Also i want special thank you for Joseph and his assistant Kate!!! Thank you so much!!!

One of the best banks for loans and financing. I use John A. Ascencio, he is a very layered executive bilingual Spanish and English with a lot of experience and information. The most important thing was his dedication in looking for the loan that was to our liking and convenient to our financial reach.
