Highly, highly, highly recommend Mardi Kari at Arcstone Financial and his team. Mardi and his team helped me and my wife get into our first home! My family went through some extraordinary personal circumstances this year, which made getting a home we could call our own almost an impossible dream. Thanks to Mardi at Arcstone we did it! Mardi is one of the most responsive and helpful people I've ever worked with. Everyone on his team went the extra mile for us and made sure we got the best loan for our situation. He called personally when there were little things needed to move forward and was extremely insightful. Thanks again to the Mardi Kari team!

If you want Sacks Fifth Avenue service at very low cost and very low rates you cant go anywhere else other than Arcstone Financial. Mardi Kari Sr. Vice President and our loan officer was exceptional to making sure that our purchase in Thousand Oaks was handled without any glitches. Him and his assistant Sara gave us the white glove service. I was referred to Mardi by my realtor who has worked with him for years and could not say enough good things about him but being a single mom it was hard to trust such a big purchase with just anyone. Mardi took the time to explain all the details of the process and by doing so my anxiety dissipated. My daughters and I are thankful for his expertise. My income was somewhat inconsistent in the past few years but he was able to make sense out of the situation and we were able to get an incredibly low rate to be able to afford our new home. If you are looking to buy a home and dont have a lender I cant recommend Mardi Kari and his team at Arcstone Financial enough.
