This place has quality materials, decent food but one thing that stands out is the terrible customer service from those on the floor, surprisingly cashier aside. The ones who dispatch food in the pizza area and sandwich area have a tendency to be rude and condescending to those ordering. It seems that most of the time they are miserable and decide that its the consumer fault. Of course this does not happen always happen as there certain individuals who are super kind and super serviceable. It seems that depending on the day or who is in charge the mood of the workers varies drastically. But overall the employee seem super unhappy to be working here. This is for the market not the restaurant

Wonderful selection of Italian fare and various dining options pocketed thru out. **Only complaint: Calabrian chilis are gravely needed in the restaurants. Dont tease me with an entire isle of chilis in the market and then act like they dont go perfectly well with half the menu once I get back to the restaurant. The pizzas, the lasagna, and the bolognese need a kick better than dried chili flakes void of seeds

What a treat it is to visit Eataly. I am missing a picture of the linguine alla scoglio which is amazing
