So, I thought I was in for a late-night dinner delight at Chimmelier. I strolled in at 10:32pm, thinking I had a good 28 minutes of deliciousness left, only to be hit with the "kitchen's closed" news. Turns out, their kitchen has a Cinderella moment at 10:30pm, and I didn't get the memo. Now, I'm all for a little surprise in life, but not when I'm hangry and the clock's ticking. If they're going to close up shop early, they might want to mention that on their hours sign, but hey, who needs dinner anyway? I'll give 'em a star for the drama. And just to add a dash of irony to this late-night food adventure, I headed over to Dave's Hot Chicken afterward. I asked them what time they stop serving customers, and they said, "To the very last minute of our open hours listed." Now that's some commitment! So, here's a tip for Chimmelier: if you can't stand the heat, maybe you should let Dave's Hot Chicken handle the late-night eats. #HotChickenWinsTheNight

I'm a sucker for spicy fried chicken sandwiches, as such I have had many of them. This is the best one I have had. It is truly incredible and worth trying. Located in an unassuming shopping complex you would never know this place was there. It is a small shop with minimal seating and not much as far as atmosphere but let me tell you, you aren't there to enjoy the view or ambiance. You are there for one thing and one thing only, a chicken sandwich. They are pretty spicy but it's worth the pain. Do yourself a favor and try this place.

I had such a great experience dining at Chimmelier the staff was so incredibly friendly and the food was out of this world! We came for a quick dinner on Saturday night and found parking easily in their shared lot. We ordered a few different menu items and ended up getting fries and wings given to us due to a cancelled takeout order. The staff could have taken the food for themselves but they gave it to us and it was really nice. Our food was really good, it came out really fast, and I couldnt ask for a better experience. Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Not very vegetarian friendly Parking: Shared free parking lot with limited spaces Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp accessible
