Five stars are not enough for Kevin! My husband and I are relocating from Missouri to LA next month and have been searching for rentals. We are not ideal renters (multiple pets, needing yard space, long wish list, etc), and neither of us have been to LA in the past 10 years. We were so worried about our ability to find a place - that is, until Kevin swooped in! He helped us get the feel for different neighborhoods, contacted realtors and land lords, and made several video walk-throughs of places before we were able to make a trip out there. He is a fast communicator, even when we were bugging him with questions daily. He truly went above and beyond to help us find a great first rental in LA. He eased so much of our stress and did everything he could to make this part of the moving process less scary. If you are looking for a home in LA, put your trust in Kevin. He will not let you down!

Working with Kevin was a complete joy! Not only did he listen to us and hear what our needs and wants were, he actually delivered!
