Tacos y Mariscos El Rojinegro food truck

First stop on this trip- and it didnt disappoint! We had fish tacos, asada burrito and fish ceviche! Delicioso!

Absolutely incredible food. Best surf and turf burrito Ive ever had. Tried the rojinegro per their namesake, and it was pretty yummy; especially the octopus. Also got some asada tacos. Fish taco was ok. Owners were also super nice and let our toddler watch them hook the food truck up to their pickup.

Its TACO Tuesday! I was invited for a taco tasting and I must say these taco did not disappoint. I had the fish tacos and they were definitely tasty! Season to perfection. This is a taco truck that moves from location to location daily. The taco tasting event was located at the Three Weavers Brewery parking lot. Ample seating area to enjoy your food. This is a hidden gem of the area. If you are a local then you know of the Brewery. This taco truck is here every Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm. You gotta try their food. Food truck with fresh food options. Ive tried the fish tacos as well as the guacamole here, and the fish tacos were generously portioned. It seemed healthier since the fish wasnt fried but rather grilled, and they included avocado sliced atop the heft corn tortillas. The guacamole was on the smaller side so its more of a portion for one person. I liked how they included plenty of jalapeos and cilantro. Cash accepted. They change locations so keep an eye out for their schedule. The workers were friendly. You pay and then will get a buzzer thatll go off when your food is ready for pickup (about a 20 minute wait for me in the evening).
