I am beyond grateful to work with Westwind through teaching yoga and couldnt help to have noticed an impressive foundational support system unlike others. Westwind creates community and holds a nurturing space for folks to thrive. Incredibly supportive of every single unique journey. Working through yoga and mindful movement the level of growth radiating from each client as they strive and exit the program is magic. I believe all of that can be accredited to the true and genuine level of care and guidance that is facilitated by the entirety of their staff

Westwind is by and far the best PHP/IOP program Ive been a client at - over the year Ive been working on my recovery. Westwind is the only program Ive ever completed. They became like family. Highlights are the professionalism of the operation - they run a tight ship, the facility itself which is huge and comfortable and clean, the housing options which give you a variety of options, and of course THE PEOPLE - clients, staff, therapists, doctors, administration, and group facilitators - the best in the industry.

I have been to 10+ rehabs and Westwind Recovery is hands down the best treatment experience I've ever had. My first interaction was with Stephanie (Admissions Counselor). She saved my life. She facilitated my detox stay prior to going to Westwind and held my hand through each transition of treatment. Upon arriving at Westwind Recovery, the staff immediately embraced me for who I am and created a space where I could truly begin to heal. My therapist helped me get to the causes and conditions behind my using/drinking. The facilitators provided cutting edge psychoeducation and helped me to strengthen my 'sober tool kit'. The housing staff provided structure as well as unwavering love and support. Michael (Director of Alumni & Activities) taught me how to have fun WITHOUT drugs and alcohol by organizing unforgettable outings such as; boxing, yoga, camping, hiking, waterparks, movies, museums, kayaking, beach days and more. These outings taught me to take care of my physical body in addition to my mind and spirit. This facility and community has impacted me so profoundly that I sit here in tears of gratitude as I write this review. Today I have 73 days sober. Thank you, Westwind Recovery for giving me my life back.
