        The staff does their best to make things easy and quick. I always make an appointment. I usually find street parking though they do have parking in the building (cash only). I check in and in a few mins Im done! Helpful to have appt, your insurance info ready and doc paper work.

        Front office staff is soooo RUDE and unsensitive to seniors. My mom n sister are both seniors and she gets very hostile because they cant use the tablet. She yelled at my mom for not wearing a sweater n I yelled back she is not cold. Back office staff are professional and aware of senior needs. Hope she gets some customer service training

        Easy and straightforward experience in the morning visit, the ladies at the location are great. Appointments are needed due to COVID, its best to do it online or call early. Overall the process was fast once I checked in, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
