Came here for a physical and mental health assessment and the medical assistant, not the physician, did my paperwork, which is against the rules. He also didnt bother to even do it in private, he had me standing up in the hallway by the exit! Asking me questions like, you never wanted to kill yourself, right? In the hallway! It was unprofessional and embarrassing to answer a SERIOUS mental health assessment IN A HALLWAY! He used the physicians digital signature on my paperwork even though the physician never saw me.

The doctors there saved my mom's life several times. I am grateful for their help and compassion. It's a shame the hospital was closed

Im confused about the reviews I came in November 2023 and had X-rays and a consultation done all in less than 1.5 hours.
Im glad these reviews didnt reflect the clinic as it is now.

First of all thank-you to the front office personal and the Doctors.. they do an incredible job there , I highly recommended .. they explained every step , help you with the paperwork .. they go way beyond to help you ... the whole process took about 30 mnts ...very fast service ..

Went in for an appointment by my employer. RN i spoke with was the most incompetent medical professional i ever had. *wrote down first two numbers of my weight while holding my id and asking my weight* "6?" "2" "5?" "2" *writes down 5* Went to do the vision exam, asks if i have glasses(I was not wearing my glasses) and after two letters of the chart goes "20 20 perfect". Then later administered a vaccine too far up in my shoulder that i can not lift my arm without wanting to punch someone with my still working arm. Every action he took he had to say out loud like a child does when they're trying to not mess up a task. I have never felt less in good hands than with that "medical professional"
