Mi Doctora Medical Clinic

Dr. Espinoza is amazing. And so is Annie and Ricardo. She has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I would give her 5 stars, but unfortunately I have had several encounters with her receptionist Rebecca. Two days ago, I called the clinic because I had a missed call from them and Rebecca answer. I told her if someone had called me because I had a missed call from someone that called me earlier. She put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and then told me that nobody had called me and that maybe I made a mistake. We hang up, but I decided to listen to my voicemails and maybe they had left me a voice message. To my surprise, Rebecca had left me the message. She had called me to cancel my appointment for May 31st and gave me another appointment without even asking me if that date would worked for me. I called her back and she answered with an attitude. She sounded annoyed and bothered that it was me on the other line. I told her that she was the one who had called me to reschedule my appointment, but she kept denying it and said that it was probably the other Rebecca (which I did not know they have hired). I explained to her that I recognized her voice. After a while she finally "remembered" that she was the one that had called me. In another occasion, I was at Dr. Kades office and his nurse told me that Dr. Kades needed my blood work in order to see me. I was there and I did not want to reschedule, so I called Dr. Espinoza's office to get my results faxed to Dr. Kades, but Rebecca answer and she told me that the blood work had been faxed a long time ago(which was a big lie because Dr. Kade's nurse had told me that they had never received my results). Luckily, I was able to contact Annie and she immediately faxed the blood work. She was my lifesaver. If it wasn't for Annie, Dr. Kades wouldn't have seen me that day. This is what I have to deal with Rebecca. She is rude and very unprofessional. If it wasn't because I love my doctor and the rest of her staff, I would had transfer a long time ago.

Awesome clinic with great staff and service! There was a little bit of a wait upon arrival, but it was totally worth it. Saw Dr Lee, he had a great bedside manner and went above and beyond to help address all of my concerns, and the front desk was really nice and helpful. So glad I switched my PCP here.

DONT GO HERE YOU CAN DIE WITH THE LACK OF MEDICAL SUPPORT.. they get mad if you completely.... even if you are paying they don’t card for their patients in a professional way.. pls DO NOT RISK YOURE LIFE HERE!!!! IN RESPONSE TO YOURE REPLY MY DAUGHTER IS THE PATIENT AND SHE HAS FILED A COMPLAINT!!!!

Everyone at the clinic is extremely professional as well as friendly. They consistently go well beyond the call of duty, helping their patients as much as humanly possible. They treat everyone with dignity also, regardless of our status in society. They are also very knowledgeable; their diagnoses and recommended treatments are reliable.

The staff and the doctors are friendly, helpful and very supportive. Rebecca and Annie are extremely amazing. Love thier energy.
