Dr. Sera Ramadan and her team are absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed from the moment I entered the office. Dr. Sera Ramadan was the most caring and empathetic doctor Ive seen since moving to Los Angeles. She took the time to listen to all my past health problems and current concerns and asked thoughtful questions. I could tell she really cared about my situation and wanted to find a solution to my health just as badly as I did. Seeing her was a breath of fresh air and was the first time I felt like a doctor cared about what I was going through. Im so thankful to have been connected to her! For anyone who is looking for a doctor who will take the time to understand what you are going through, Dr. Ramadan is the one to see. Im beyond happy with my experience and am looking forward to working with her and her team from here on out.

UPDATE: they responded to my below review, by TERMINATING me as a patient and immediately blocking me from the app without responding about my incorrect charge. I ended up having to call a bunch to get it resolved since I was blocked from our main line of communication. this doctors office is extremely childish.. you'd think they'd want to understand where things went wrong, but instead they'd rather block you! "did not feel cared for or listened to and there was minimal attention to detail at best. my concerns were not addressed and I was told all looks fine when I had a borderline vitamin D deficiency. I also thought I booked with Sera, but the staff put me with a male doctor instead without even giving me a heads up that was happening. then they blamed me for not looking on my app. do not recommend!"

Hi everyone!! I wanted to share my positive experience with Dr. Ramadan and highly recommend her as your primary physician. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also caring and sweet. What stood out to me is her genuine focus on patient care. She takes the time to understand your needs, doesn't rush through appointments, and ensures you feel heard. Unlike some, she prioritizes patient well-being over a solo business approach. Dr. Ramadan is approachable, easy to talk to, and makes the entire experience comfortable. Her friendly and caring staff further enhance the overall positive environment. I usually don't write recommendations, but this one is a must

I must say that Dr. Ramadan is hands down one of the best doctors in this area. She is always so kind and takes her time, and I have yet to be disappointed by her treatments. Her office is really nice, the free parking is also a plus, and even the staff are great. If I had a sick friend or family member Dr. Ramadan is who I would trust them to go to. I hope you're not sick, but if you do need a doctor, make sure to come here.

I have had multiple great experiences at Los Angeles Primary Care. The staff are all very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I like the convenience of getting blood work and vaccines in office. I recommend this office for your primary care needs.
