South Central Family Health Center

I went to this clinic for 4 years and it was the worst experience I ever had. For one i didn't have a primary doctor so everytime i went for an appointment i had a different doctor. It was like they played hot potato with me. Second the women at front desk were rude to me and my mom. And lastly they would call me for an appointment and when i came to the clinic for said appointment the ladies at the front desk were like you dont have an appointment away. The only ok experience I had with this clinic was the eye doctor. I was relieved when i changed to another clinic where i have a consistent dr. Other than that they really need to shut down this clinic and restructure it. You cant have people without a primary doctor

Horrible experience. My daughter had an appointment at 8:15 we got here at 8:10 we waited in line for 15min just for the clerk to tell me she can't be seen bc we were late. They made us late by having us wait. Then had u wait another 2 hrs. Finally they called us at 10:22 just to put us in a room and wait for another hr.

A very good clinic, good doctors, it's a little late but they treat you well and they give you payment facilities. I've been coming for 14 years and I won't change it.
