        Check in 6 minutes late and youll have to wait over an hour. Nurses that call your name to bring you in are mispronouncing your name on purpose. I say on purpose because I have such a common last name it is impossible that you dont know how to pronounce it. Oh ! and the reason I checked in 6 MINUTES after my appointment is because they have ONE nice lady checking people in so you have to stand in line and wait with the 50 other people checking in. But once youre in theres three receptionist just chit chatting and just one up front by the elevators doing all the work. I get that its mainly medical patients but man.you wait to check in , you wait to be called in, you wait for the DOCTOR in the room for another 25 minutes.!?!.. why give us appointment times ?? The Doctors are great tho
