My sons Dr. Is Yoo Seung Bin Ive brought my son who has autism to her 2x because i was worries about him being under weight because of his autism he doesnt really eat if Im lucky he eats once a day mostly drinks shakes and smoothies due to sensory issues I asked if she could give him a vitamin to boost his eating and she said hes a big boy no need for that its very frustrating because Im looking for help but Im receiving none I will be switching dr this dr has no sympathy for special needs kids.

I had given a 5 star rating over a year ago now ,this place upstairs medical office deserves no stars , you guys are lacking professionalism and organization, even communication. We ALL have precious time on our hands and we DO NOT want to be wasting it with you at your office On October 2022 my son had appointment and a new nurse that was in training took him in and completely did not know what to do because she didn't do her vitals check right we sat over 1 hr waiting for the doctor who thought we weren't ready to be seen because nothing was input on the computer that was unacceptable and definitely could of been handled better i didn't argue much Second , on November 2022 my 14 yr son had a physical check up. I had the slightest cold related cough (i was good to go i was worse trust me) and the lady downstairs didn't let me go in and insisted that i waited in the car and my son goes in alone , NO ALTA MED you're NOT Trustworthy to let my kids alone with y'all. So don't suggest that . The lady downstairs was so freaking rude making decisions rather than speaking to someone, when she tried to speak with someone they Weren't responding and i decided to leave but not before a new appointment and she said "oh no sorry i don't give appointments you're going to have to call " alta med takes their sweet time answering calls !!! In the end this is getting frustrating i used to like coming here . Honestly i even think Dr Yoo is slacking too she suggested i stop speaking as Spanish to my son and add English, i thought that was a little overboard and she shouldn't of said that .come on alta med step it up , you ladies are always goofing off and laughing which is great but make sure we're all taken care of
