    Ortho Mattress customer service agent Linda Garcia. I'm completely blown away with Linda's persistent to get to answers. I had a receipt dated back to early 2015 and the recipe I had did not include a description of the products and the warranty for the mattress encasement was going to expire. Within a few hours Linda found the original receipt and I was able to proceed with the encasement warranty. I honestly gave up, there was no way Linda was going to find the original receipt, as I exhausted all avenues but then came Linda Garcia to save the day. Thanks Linda for your help, we appreciate your efforts.

    Oh my goodness - where do I even begin?  Do I tell you about how different the customer service was?  Do I share my anecdote about a small-world connection we had with Travis, the sales person?  Hmm, let's start with the madness my husband and I faced finding a mattress.  Shopping in LA can be daunting, even on a good day.  Now, factor in shopping for something as personal as a mattress where it has to be perfect for two people who sleep very differently and have different needs/comfort levels.  We shopped at six different mattress stores before coming to this Ortho Mattress.  We faced pushy sales people who kept showing us beds outside our budget, tried to push extras on us that we didn't want/need, and were just rude (I'm not kidding - we went to a certain blank'n'blank mattress store where the salesman would not even speak to me, a woman, but talked up my husband the entire time).  After many stores and many more mattresses, this was out final stop.  Upon walking in, we were the only people in the store late in the afternoon (a little after 4PM).  We were greeted by Travis who was very friendly and laid back.  Let me tell you that I'm the type of person who worked customer service for 10+ years and if I don't like the service I receive, I'm out the door.  I did not want to leave at any point of our shopping experience.    Travis stayed within our budget, which is immensely important to me.  He educated us and let us feel our way through their inventory of what fit our needs/budget.  We chatted and realized we had a unique small-world connection, which is always an enjoyable moment.  After about 40 minutes of shopping and chatting, my husband and I decided on a bed we are both very happy with.  I am nothing if not a fastidious shopper and Ortho Mattress made our bed buying experience a true delight.  We are so happy with out choice!TLDR: 100% recommend Ortho Mattress!

    My Bed broke with a big dip in it after 10 months, it was guaranteed for 10 years. They sent someone out to check it and charged me $60 to do so, then I went in to the Store and they sold me an Adjustable Bed for twice as much and said they would not give me a refund but they would give me another bed as a replacement. I told them I did not have room for another bed and they told me I could resell it on the internet, then they agreed to swap the $1,260 they owed me for about $500 to $600 worth of bedding. Then I was forced to buy a pillow case for $27+ because they would not even include that. So I had to eat about $700 in loss. If you buy anything from them or anyone else in the bedding world, make sure that if something goes wrong with your purchase, that they refund you in CASH, in Full or you will go to someone who will.
