Dr. Betty is amazing! You're not just getting a chiropractor (the best one I've ever been to BTW), you're getting a whole health practitioner. Dr. Betty listens and investigates and works with your whole body and mind. She has worked on my entire family. I brought my 7 yr old after a neck injury (he loved being treated by Dr. Betty) and my 76 yr old mother-in-law. My MIL was skeptical. She was visiting from Chicago and said there was no way anyone would be able to do what her dude back home could do. Dr. Betty helped her in ONE session! She's been helping my husband and I since pre-covid. She just has the innate ability to treat all different bodies and humans! She sets the example for all the other chiropractors around!

Dr. Betty helped me SO much with cupping. I had a bad leg strain caused by a tight IT band and she was able to release the pain so I could walk. I'd never done cupping before and had my doubts about it, but am now a believer. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover cupping and it is expensive, but the relief I got from it was worth it. Thank you, Dr. Betty.

Loved the website, the convenience of online booking and the front desk employee was super sweet. The initial appointment was great and I walked out of there feeling so much better. However, I returned 2 more times and although I paid for a "back-2-back" appointment (1 hour) Dr. Betty treated me for 35-40 mins max. I referred a couple of my coworkers and asked them if they had the same experience but they did not. Didn't want to make it a big deal and just didn't return.

I've lived in Los Angeles for 4 years and after searching far and wide the entire time I have finally found a chiropractor who makes me feel truly cared for. Dr. Tupta is wonderful, truly listens, and employs and integrative strategy to help the body heal. I saw her this morning and am already feeling a lot better with significantly less pain and looking forward to my follow up sesh. Mostly, I'm incredibly grateful to find such a thoughtful practitioner. I absolutely recommend Back Benders for your chiropractic/ pain management needs.
