I picked up a package today Saturday at 1:10 PM. I did not get the name of the worker but the experience with him was extremely terrible. I don't understand how Customer service has dropped so much . I was picking up a Amazon package and he made it really difficult to speak with him and/or be helpful whatsoever

Went there for a live scan. The live scan was completed quickly and successfully but the problem was that the person who took care of it was seemingly disgruntled; he had an attitude from the moment he started processing me and when I calmly mentioned it to him he flipped out. The other people working there just stood there and did not try to deescalate the situation. This guy was unprofessional and again... he seemed disgruntled to me. BEWARE, I'm reading past reviews of this place and it seems like this guy has a track record. The onus is on an establishment to provide a minimum standard of customer service, I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go here just based off on the interaction with this employee. Glad I called him out, although I'm sure his coworkers are used to it.
