Trauma Informed Life Coaching by Hilien Shenouda

Since 2022 began I lost 4 extremely close friends. This loss and grief that has been incredibly heavy. One of those most daunting tasks that I know is essential to healing has been getting help. %50 of the battle has been showing up for myself. Hilien opened her space and offered me something I have searched years for. I felt calm, safe and heard. The work Hilien began with me felt purposeful, intentional and something I've never experienced with therapy. This felt like the beginning of something that will actually work and that alone feels like a great weight has been lifted.

Hilien is a God send! Her Coaching has changed my life! Each session we uncover something new from my past and Hilien comfortably and lovingly navigates me through all of the emotions that come up from it. My healing journey would not be happening if I had not met Hilien. Ive never said this about a therapist or coach EVER, but I absolutely love Hilien and highly recommend her services to everyone looking to heal from their past traumas.

The session with Hilien was very thorough and deep. She guided me to a place that helped reveal to me a layer of grief I was not allowing myself to fully feel. Once I was able to connect the dots with her facilitation I was able to move into forgiveness. This session has freed me and it is allowing for more ease, attunement to Spirit and the motivation to keep moving forward. Her facilitation style is through deep compassion, heart centered listening and very aware of how to guide you to answers, next steps and elevated consciousness. Thank you
