My wife was driving with our young child and stopped at a crosswalk. She was then hit by another car from behind. We initially started working with the other insurance company directly, but that was a nightmare and they wanted to settle right away. I would recommend me lawyers until last week I stumbled upon issues with my check being mailed to me, a month later after I signed the settlement for my check, the first one was lost and I had to call and speak to Sasha directly since she's the one that prints the checks and now im in the process once again of another one but the issue once again accrued with Sasha not letting me speak to her supervisor and she refused to b respectful and was not professional at all and was very rude and didnt care at all, she had a very ignorant attitude and was very disrespectful,she's very childish on my situation and I thought lawyers were professional about there clients especially when there's multiple issues that I'm having with my settlement check getting simply mailed out to my PO box yet again on her side they didn't put my girlfriend's name and instead but mines and they were well aware that it had to b mailed under her name instead of mine, otherwise i highly recommend my lawyer amy, shes very professional organized understanding and patient , she went out of her way to speak to me on this matter and was able to explain exactly by this second issue happened during my delivery with my check via usps, in conclusion if there's way my review is reviewed may I personally get a comment back with someone above Sasha and her pay rate which is her boss or the vice president of of the company to leave me a contact number , I'm very upset with how she handled talking to me personally and didn't let me speak my concern and hung up and my lawyer had to contact me and GF and TRYED her very best to figure out why this has happened unlike Sasha that refuses to take responsibility of this matter.
