Hi community, Let me tell you about a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I FACE WITH This company. They gave out my phone and address to a person ( phone displayed) who answered me that I sound like a person who was expecting a 50 bucks services just because I asked him if he had an estimate of a standard door opening. Things came out of control by phone, this guy even threatened to come and beat me, using words like mthfrk and put!! Well, I cannot express how difficult it is for me to believe that this happended to me here. I contact the company to informed then about the person and that I shall put a formal complaint about this incident. The guy over the phone just connected me with a different person who had no idea what "app" I was using. Well, it is weird and dangerous to me that a company that deals with "opening doors" for locked out people is careless on who they give out our information.
