I personally would not use this company again. I received my ring in the mail and it was not the correct size at all! I ordered a size 4.75 and the ring I received was at least a size 12. The only way I could contact the company was through email which I did and received no contact back at all as to what I should do about returning the ring. So here I sit with a ring that does not fit. The string was supposed to be a gift. What a shame it sure is a beautiful ring.

paid for two tatik and papiks, received only one. paid for priority shipping and my order shipped 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered, absolutely no response on any platform i tried contacting them on, packaging is very cheap, on the website it says "sold with an oxidized 1.5mm rope chain" but my singular tatik and papik came on its own. what were supposed to be christmas gifts turned into a train wreck, by far the worst shopping experience ive ever had. the design is nice and the quality seems decent so ill give them that
