Absolutely phenomenal work. I was at a time crunch and Sara Weiss and her team of lovely experts were all hands on deck and worked really hard to make my request happen quickly! By far my favorite jeweler. I never even had a jeweler before and now I have one. All of their pieces are beautiful and the prices are fair. They made new beautiful rings from some old gems of mine and they are spectacular. Highest recommendation!

Amazing! Will only go to Weiss for my ring needs! Fiance and I do not live in LA but have family down there. While we were visiting in January, yay! But the ring was too big, boo. We didn't have time to go back to Weiss before leaving for home in the Bay Area. I had it resized at a jeweler in the Bay, but I was warned by a different jeweler that this could be risking the integrity of the diamonds (the band is an almost eternity ring, with diamonds going down the band). Sure enough, not one day later, the main diamond just fell out of the ring. No idea where or when. We happened to be back in LA this month, and knew that we needed to stop by Weiss. Sara helped us and was so gracious and kind! She made the process easy and painless, and speedy to boot. I'm just happy there the ring is whole again. So grateful to Sara and the Weiss team, thank you! I will not be going anywhere else to suit the maintenance of this ring.

Good communication, timely review of CAD designs, and perfect implementation of the final engagement ring setting. We had a large stone and the new setting fits perfectly and securely. Thank you for the excellent jewelry help!
