My sister recommended this company after I had a really bad experience with the jeweler who made my ring. The diamond had fallen out and when I went to take it to him for repair he refused to provide a receipt and he got really upset about it. I just didn't feel comfortable leaving my expensive ring without some kind of documentation. Rondel's was great! They were very friendly and professional. They gave me a receipt without asking for it. They got it fixed and shipped right away. They've definitely won me over and I will be working with them in the future.

If you are thinking about getting any jewelry, Rondels is the place to go. My friend recommended Angie to my fianc and I when we were ready to start looking for rings. We are from out of state and everything went so smoothly with Angie at every point in the process of creating my ring and sending it. She is so sweet, was always available when we needed her, and she listened to every detail I wanted for my dream ring. I am a 2nd generation customer to Rondel's. My dad purchased my mom's engagement ring from Angie's father around 30 years ago. When it came time for me to buy an engagement ring for my now fiance, my parents said the first place I had to go to was Rondel's in the jewelry district. It ended up being the first and last. I assembled a plan to propose to my high school sweetheart about two weeks before an out of state trip with my family and her. When we visited Angie, she had the perfect diamond assortment ready for us when we arrived after a considerable drive to Los Angeles. She had certainly found the perfect diamond. I bought it that day and Angie quickly sent it off to her setter. Even though I put her in a hard spot, with asking for the ring being ready in a week and a half, Angie was sweet and kind the whole way. Somehow, she pushed it miraculously pushed it through her busy queue and I had the ring in my pocket on the way to the airport. The proposal was perfect and we could not be happier. Unfortunately, months later, my fiance's hand was slammed in a sliding door and the thin band (which I chose against Angie's structural recommendation) snapped. Graciously, Angie moved the diamond to a new, thicker band that was even more stunning. She did so swiftly, so that my fiance may once again have the symbol of our love on her hand again. Angie was incredibly genuine, considerate, and generous through all of our interactions. I highly recommend Rondel's and will continue to be a loyal customer whenever possible. My experience at Rondels was incredible and I highly recommend to anyone looking for jewelry! As someone who was very new to jewelry and buying an engagement ring, Angie and her team at Rondels were so helpful and informative! Before showing me anything they taught me about the 4 Cs of Diamonds. I felt very informed and was involved in creating the perfect ring for my fianc!
