I will be telling EVERYONE about Adiamor! I had a very specific ring in mind which felt almost impossible to get at any other vendor. And the crazy part, it wasnt even a unique, custom design? The inflated prices I was seeing at other vendors for it simply made it feel unattainable. I wish I could remember how I found Adiamor in the first place (I think it was an Instagram ad), but my partner and I were able to move our engagement up by several months because of how fairly they are priced. And the best part, I didnt have to compromise anything I wanted in an engagement ring! We are so so happy and will be sharing this company with all our friends. They even helped with the jewelry insurance piece by having a reputable company to connect us with after. Also- I wanted to shout out the wonderful social media person who helped me narrow down all my stones to THE ONE. My ring is so beautiful, its only been a couple months but I get compliments on it every time I wear it out, & everyone seems to think my partner broke the bank but we ended up UNDER budget. There were even times we had questions and their support team was super helpful and responsive. The whole thing from start to finish was seamless. They made the intimidating task of purchasing fun and exciting instead! I couldnt recommend them more, thank you for my dream ring!

I purchased a 2.01 carat stone from these guys over a year ago. It was exactly as described and it was securely shipped - our local jeweler built a beautiful ring around it and my wife loves it. Highly recommend.

I'm giving two stars for the diamond we purchased from them, because the diamond is stunning and we had no issues with our purchase. I'm docking three stars, however, for the very poor customer service experience. We reached out about obtaining a quote for a custom setting, and waited over two months for an update. We kept getting the run-around from several of their associates, and they seemed annoyed at the idea of using palladium over platinum. Do I recommend them for diamonds? Yes. Can't recommend them for anything else, though. We were able to contract for a custom setting with another company, thankfully, and without issue.

Diamond fine, but no exchange/upgrade program. Didnt realize this until I purchased as everyone else offers it. Now stuck with it or have to lose $$ to upgrade. Would look elsewhere if youre paying the same money anyway.
