Kat, at Ricardo Basta, was no less than amazing to work with! Thanks to her we were able to create a custom engagement ring that dazzled my, now-fiance ;) the ring featured two metals; platinum band with gold filigree, as well as, a creatively executed double halo of multicolored diamonds that came out quite original in its design. Kat drew up the sketches by hand, set accurate expectations, and lent honest feedback throughout the 3D modeling process to get the final ring to a perfect finish. We'd look forward to working with her again on future custom jewelry!

We had an AMAZING experience with the Ricardo Basta store when we picked out wedding bands and resized our engagement rings. Kat was our main contact from the jeweler and she was extremely helpful with our entire process. You can tell that they will do what is best for the quality and give an honest opinion rather than trying to take your money. She included free engraving on all of our rings and helped us numerous times when we needed resizings. It will be the only jewelry place that I can trust for the future and I plan to continue coming back!

I had the pleasure of working with Kat who helped transform my engagement ring into an absolute stunner. She patiently explained how they could add my two stones, possible setting options, sent digital images of the design, and kept me in the loop with every step of the process. I was so nervous about how it would turn out, as this is my most precious piece of jewelry, but when I got the finished product (ahead of schedule!) my jaw dropped. It's perfection.They also re-sized a bracelet and fixed the backing of a pair of vintage earrings. Estimates always matched the price. For any jewelry-related needs, Kat will be my first call!

The did a great job fixing the prongs on my wedding ring! The lady, Karen, I believe was very knowledgeable about gems and has a lot of experience !
