Ara is great to work with. He put together some great diamond earrings for my wife. Managed the whole process, helped select the diamonds, handled the setting and had them delivered a day early.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Ara and Princess Jewelers! I had been in talks with a bigger, more well known company in creating a customized band. After back and forth for a month just trying to get a quote, I decided to look at local reputable shops instead. I thankfully found Princess Jewelers and was impressed with all the high ratings. I emailed one afternoon inquiring about a custom band and immediately received a response stating yes. The process was quick and Ara understood my vision. I asked if it was possible at all to get the product before the end of June and they delivered way before!! The ring is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Great service, great product, very communicative, and very quick turnaround time and shipping. I will be recommending this shop to everyone! Thank you so much!!
