I am so fortunate that I found Yael Consulting when I was researching for a company to handle my AdWord platform in 2019. I wish I would of known about them years earlier to save me from a lot of unnecessary grief and over spending. I searched for other companies in the beginning but what set them apart from the crowd was the instant personal service I received from the first phone call. When I first talked to Lior for about 2 minutes he jumped right into the account (literally) on zoom over the phone and explained to me exactly what the problem was as oppose to giving me a list of his services with no action. He really cared!!! I found a doctor to fix my ailment finally. When he took over the account with his team writing professional ads, correct bidding on key words for maximum exposure I started to get an abundance of new leads within about 15 days once everything was organized. I went from possible loosing my business to now thinking of hiring staff due to an alarming amount of incoming new inquiries and appts. Lior's team checked on me daily with an email or phone call to make sure they were qualified leads. Who does that today? From my experience if you choose them to do your AdWords you will receive personal service over and above what you will ever expect. His team will call or email answers to your questions immediately. Lior offers professional ideas and options to better the process, he is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He is flexible and treats client's accounts like it's his own business. He really fights to see your success. There is no contracts, so his team really has to earn their clients from the results of their hard work. That being said, saids it all. Hiring Yael Consulting I promise, will be the best entrepreneurial decision a company will ever make.

Worked with Yael for over a year for ad management, felt they overpromised and underdelivered. At the onset the head of Yael consulting, Lior, took the intake call and gave the expectation he would be actively involved in ad marketing. Never ended up seeing Lior until a year later when concerns were raised about the level of engagement and performance of the team working on our account.I will note that the team did do some A/B testing for a month on our site which was out of the scope of the initial work, in part because the team was interested in learning more about A/B so we enabled them to learn through our site, but apart from this the overall experience was negative.Some of the issues are as outlined:- Barely any changes were being made in the Google Ads ad account (ad change maybe once a week and mostly just adjusting the bids on a few key words), yet we were continuing to be charged large monthly retainer for very little work- At one point in the summer of 2022, Google ad campaign was paused because the payment card on file had expired and this went unnoticed by the team for weeks suggesting they didn't even look at the account at all during that period of time. When brought up to Lior no satisfactory response was given- Virtually all of the emails we sent went unanswered over periods of months. When raised with Lior, the only response was " I really appreciate the feedback", nothing else substantive- In addition the results from ad performance were actually WORSE then when we were running the account ourselves with very little maintenance. For much of the engagement with Lior consulting our ads were running at a loss.When we highlighted this we got very little in terms of making the situation right, despite Yael consulting having on their website "we only get paid when we deliver the results you desire", this was a blatant lie. In addition we highlighted these issues in December 2022, the busiest time of the month for ads, and instead of addressing the concerns Lior simply took the easy way out and his response was just to stop service in the most important month of the year for the (ironically the only month where there may've been positive returns just off the fact that its holiday season) business as the only possible solution to the legitimate concerns we raised.Not that their fees are tiered to be approximately 20%+ of ad spend so if they are already not hitting your CPA goals, add 20% on your spend to get the actual spend. The only way they could actually justify their fees is if performance is exceptional and way under CPA goals, but in our experience they were never able to hit anything close to that.Bottom line, we weren't getting good value for the service, and even worse was how Lior handled the situation by not genuinely and adequately addressing the legitimate issues we raised, instead choosing to let us fend for ourselves during the busiest time of the year (Christmas season) where the team could've actually made the biggest impact  just based on holiday volume despite being their ad management being net-negative in returns the rest of the year, and now threatening us in order to get this truthful review removed. Overall a horrible experience and I would strongly recommend finding a different service provider.Edit: Now that I put up this review, Lior wants another 15 days of payment from the date the contract was terminated (December 8th), a period where no work was done because team already stopped working on the 8th, and will send that bill (a period where no work was done) to collections if we don't take down the review. Real professional Lior.
