Hello! This afternoon students and members of California's Agricultural Latino Community, wrote the message below, to your CEO Allan Goodwin of Republic Indemnity Insurance, asking why he is taking a Hispanic worker, who is under Republic Indemnity's care - to court. We see this as being an act of intimidation and won't stand for it. We sent Mr Goodwin the following message below and he didn't reply. Can someone have the courage to answer the Hispanic and Latino community. We never intended to sue the company, but if this is the way your organization is going to act, the community will take action. thank you. Dear Mr Goodwin of Republic Indemnity, Early this afternoon Latin American students and the Hispanic community of California, wrote to you to ask what your intentions are by using the intimidating action of taking an injured worker to court. Could you please be so kind as to have the common courtesy to reply to student’s questions? It's having a negative effect on the community’s well being, not to mention causing unnecessary stress and depression to an injured worker who has been left in the care of Republic Indemnity. People have a right to know what your intentions are and if it's time for the community to secure a lawyer. As kindly asked before, please explain the intentions and motives of your Republic Indemnity and your law firm of Davidson & Czuleger. We are unsure if you are ignoring us or if you are not getting our emails, for this reason we will tweet this message to you parent company, the Great American Insurance Group.
