Special thank you to Dion in the sales department for helping me with buying my new Hyundai Tucson! I am very happy with how Dion handled the entire process from start to finish. He made sure I got the car I wanted and for an amazing deal. I appreciate great customer service when dealing with big decisions and Dion did not fall short of that! I also want to shout out Julio in the finance department for helping us breeze through the paperwork and finance process. If youre looking for the best deal on a new, used of CPO vehicle this is the place to go. My mother is in her 70s and preparing to retire soon, so she had a very particular budget along with requirements for her retirement vehicle. We had been to around 7 dealerships prior to this and I spent hours researching different vehicles that would fit her needs. Upon our arrival to Hyundai of DTLA we were greeted by Dion Cardell, his level of care and understanding was rivaled by little to no one else throughout our car search. Dion was extremely personable and made the experience of finding the right car easy and seamless. He went above and beyond to provide us the utmost quality service and fought to get us to the price point that was fair and within my mothers budget. That being said I am not an easy sell, I was there to make sure my mother got what she deserved and needed. Prior to this we walked out of plenty of dealerships because they would not work with us to get us to where we needed to be, but Dion helped out tremendously and by the end of our visit my mother drove off in her CPO 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. Dont hesitate to visit here and make sure you get Dion as your salesman, he is knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Hyundai if DTLA especially Dion!
