Eli and his team provide first class, top-level service. His team is all business. They don't waste their time or yours. They show up on time, are very courteous, work efficiently as a team, help the customer understand the new AC system after the installation and answer all questions, and they clean everything up before they go. When I ran into a problem with my system recently, Eli sent his guys within an hour. He is VERY responsive to his clients, which is a HARD trait to find in businesses today. I'm very happy that I found Eli and his company Nice and Cool because once you are his client, you are always his client. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. These guys came out for a quote for a new AC. Without me even asking they tried to fix my existing unit before quoting me on a new one. I found that refreshing and very unexpected. At the end of the day I wanted a different system because of the brand they were offering me but I just wanted to leave them a positive review because they did go above and beyond.
