after being stood up by another service provider, we reached out to shine ac service for our ac repair needs. within half an hour of our call, a technician arrived, who we later discovered was actually the owner. with a honest and swift repair done within 30 minutes, he managed to solve our problem efficiently. we were given a handout that summarized some larger issues that could arise later, but we were not overcharged. we truly appreciated the honesty, friendliness, and efficiency of john in addressing our issue. thanks to him, our ac unit was fixed and we were able to escape the sweltering 105f heat in los angeles, returning to a cool and comfortable home. we highly recommend shine ac service.

Excellent HVAC firm with an incredible team! We've had two preventative maintenance checks for our HVAC system since we moved into our house in Los Angeles, and both technicians, Braden and Geoffrey, were exceptional. Their expertise and straightforwardness were noteworthy. Also, the neatness and cleanliness of their service vans were a testament to their professionalism. They are surely deserving of whatever remuneration they receive, if not more!
