We had issues with our heater for a couple months now. At first, the diagnosis was the pressure switch needed to be changed out. Then for some reason, it kept malfunctioning after a couple weeks. Southwest Heating had to come out 3 times to replace it. Each time, they were very prompt and professional and did everything they could to get it working correctly. However, the switched stopped working again. BOBBY from Southwest Heating came out and realized the control board needed to be replaced because the unit was getting old. He was beyond awesome and was able to get the part the same day, returned and switched out all the parts needed, including a new pressure switch. I highly recommend this company and if you can, request Bobby to come out for the issue. Thanks again Southwest!

Simply the best - from start to finish 2 days after dealing with a sketchy contractor for 4 months on the same issue! Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Would not hesitate recommending or using them again! The owner - Stefan - is lovely and a genuinely interested in making sure his clients have a freest experience.
