        The price is really good (around 1650/mo for a 1br unit), but if you work or study from home, this is not the place for you. The kids are out of control, and parents don't care enough to make them respect the community rules. While our current RA is really good, USC doesn't do anything to enforce the rules in the contract regarding noise, safety, and personal property. On the other hand, if you have kids that you don't want to monitor at all or be responsible for, this might be the right place for you.
