Merry Maids of Downtown Los Angeles did an excellent job of cleaning our house. They arrived early and were extremely pleasant. We do not use housecleaning services on a regular basis, but with an infant, two dogs, and working parents, we need all the help we can get! They did an awesome job of tackling the projects I never seem to have time for (cleaning the oven!), and cleaned all the nooks and crannies of our hardwood floors. A 2-hour appointment was perfect for our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home.

I confirmed my appointment yesterday for a 1pm cleaning. The cleaners (Adriana and Chris) showed up promptly at 12:53pm. I loved their punctuality! I need to learn from them and not think it appropriate to jump in the shower at 12:50pm for a 1pm appointment lol.

Izabel and Israel were fantastic! We have a generally tidy house but had neglected a few nooks and tough-reach areas. They arrived on time, and did a very thorough job. We explained a few of the key areas we really needed cleaned and they are sparkling clean now! I would definitely recommend booking with Izabel and Israel.
