        No hot water. The room was standard, I went to shower and there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. I called down to ask if they knew about this, and they offered up a potential fix that involved running the water for 10+ minutes and has worked for "some guests." So this was a known issue without a good fix nor was this mentioned at check-in. For this brand, and the prices they're asking, they need to do better. Rooms: Standard rooms Noteworthy details: No hot, or even warm water.
