Our room was incredibly noisy as it faced the alley where trash trucks came early in the morning. The HVAC system was also quite loud although at least it was rhythmic. The beds were very uncomfortable leading to a lack of restful sleep. The free breakfast is pretty good with an omelet station and the location is convenient for LAX.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel absolutely sucks for customer service and the food service is even worse. I reserved 2 rooms for my family the relax on our way back from vacation. One of the rooms the heat didnt work and we froze all night long. They maintenance finally came mid morning and there was a valve off. All the manager had to say was they were sorry. No offer for any comps on a couple of drinks, food, partial bill comp, nothing. When I went for breakfast there was multiple pieces of dog poop along the corridor!! It stayed there for hours. We wanted food and the only way to order food is by scanning a QR code. We decided to order anyway, when the food arrived Peter of the order was wrong and when I called to ask for a refund they hung up on me. I had to come to the front desk and I waited there for some time to get a receipt for what was to be refunded. The restaurant kitchen was rude. They wouldnt connect me with a manager. I do not recommend this location at all I have been a diamond member of Hilton for over 10 yrs and after the last few stays Ive had across the country, Ill be switching to another hotel chain. Hilton has gone way down hill.

The room is a little older style but very spacious. I like they provide nonstop shuttle bus to the airport. In LA, where traffic is slow, it is good to know we are very easy to get to airport . Another good thing is we are very close most car rental garage within a few minutes walking distance. So we dont have to pay for hotel parking . Just pick up the car the day we need it. Rooms: Housekeeping is by request. They dont clean your room every day. Which was a little surprise. Noteworthy details: My biggest complaint is the sound insulation. Each airplane landing or taking off the sound is deafening . I can feel the vibration of the noise and find it difficult to sleep.
