I liked that the location was close to where we needed to be. The parking is okay. Very small spaces. Breakfast is okay. The first night I checked in the man working at the front was not great with customer service. He just asked for my card that I used to book the room and my ID. Then charged my card 4 different times without any explanation on charges. Then made me sign the form gave me my keys and that was it. It was until the next morning when I had go to the front and just confirm the charges because there just was no explanation for the extra fees. I do not mind the payments but at least explain why. Then we leave for the day and come to our room to an item missing. I went down to the front and I told the very helpful generous women Cristine whom was working that night that I had an item from my room missing. She pulls out my item from their lost and found when I had left it on the nightstand and says there was no notes on her end she apologized for the inconvenience and I told her she didnt need too apologize when that is not her fault. I just found it weird that it was the only item taken and so it happened to be in their lost & found. I dont think I would stay here again.

Clean rooms, nice costumer service, location right off freeway. I couldn't hear cars too much but you are in a city. Breakfast is awesome. I will book again. I've been here one night have 3 more to go & am very happy with hotel. I don't understand the 3 star rating. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Mediocre motel. Parking was ok. The room was clean, but small, weird shower and toilet in the same space. The sound insulation from the neighbors was not great. Breakfast was basic with a grumpy woman cleaning up at the end. Hotel staff could have been more friendly.
