Ive had to wait at doctors offices before. Waiting is not normally an issue. But when you have to wait an extended amount of time every single time to see a doctor, and in one instance over two hours, thats insane. If, at any time during my wait, I had heard an update, or, some form of recognition, not even necessarily an apology, I would not feel the way I do. As competent as the doctor is, his scheduling and administration is terrible. If youre behind the desk, your day doesnt change if a patient is two hours late. Show a little concern. Its not hard. I will be seeing Dr. Joe Sugarman from now on.

Thank you to Dr. Griffths for being so kind and compassionate. He immediately stepped in to help with a billing issue which was the result of a miscommunication. Everything was resolved successfully and we are very grateful to Dr. Griffiths for his help.

After emergency removal of a brain tumor, Doctor Griffiths followed up with expertise and compassion. Im blessed with a surgical team of great skill!

Dr. Griffiths is the best! Hes a busy guy so it may take some time to get in to see him but well worth the wait. Diagnosed issue (dev. Septum & sinus bone spur causing chronic sinus irritation) and explained the issue and corrective procedure professionally, clearly and with an easy going, friendly demeanor. Surgery and recovery were far easier than Id been led to expect by friends whod had similar procedures. Comprehensive follow-up and explained everything along the way to recovery. Great sense of humor to keep you comfortable and relaxed all along the way. Fantastic support staff as well. Would highly recommend Dr. Griffiths for anyone with ENT issues and will miss chatting with him at the follow up appointments!

Wish I had gone to Dr. Griffiths first! Went to different doc to address chronic sinusitis and difficulty with breathing. I was either constantly suffering from sinus infections and/or would wake up several times a night unable to breathe. I couldnt lay flat to sleep. I had to prop myself up on several pillows and sleep in an almost upright position. If I didnt, I undoubtedly awoke several times per night struggling to breathe and the following morning, Id wake up absolutely exhausted with a headache. I could barely function and it interfered with all aspects of my life day in and day out. I was miserable!! Anyway, first doc corrected deviated septum (though not completely) and shrunk my turbinates to correct the chronic sinus issues and breathing difficulty. Six months post and I still had sinus infections and difficulty breathing. Went back to him and he recommended I see a neurologist(?!) I didnt waste my time because I knew the issue was the structure of my nose and not my brain! I went back to doc still complaining about inability to breath etc and he recommended another procedure for the inside of my nose. Again, I knew that was not the solution. I went to Dr. Griffiths for a second opinion and he diagnosed the issue in about 60 seconds. I knew immediately that he was right. My breathing has improved about 75%. My nose is still swollen (surgery was less than two months ago) but hoping my breathing will continue to improve. Even if it doesnt, its already a huge improvement! Wish I had gone to him first. I should also mention his facility and staff are top notch. Fantastic experience all the way around. UPDATE: Nine months post surgery and I have not had ONE sinus infection AND sleep through the night!!! :)
